Hot Victoria's Secret Deal!
If you need some quality bras at a great price it is time to place some orders.
I went to the Victoria Secret’s web-site through Ebates. If you haven’t signed up for ebates yet, now is the time. Ebates pays you to shop at online stores that are you already shopping at. A few of my favorites are EBAY, Old Navy, Disney… Anyway, they pay you $5 just for signing up and 2% of your order for shopping at Victoria Secret’s so why wouldn’t you go through their site?
So, on to the Victoria Secret website.
Add the following items to your cart:
2 VS Cotton Bras that are 2/$40
1 VS Cotton Bikini Panty solid color $7.50 ( I got the black to make the code work 9F-198606)
1 Clearance Item or other non-expensive item to get your total over $50 ( I got the clearance boy shorts for $2.99)
Go to checkout,
Fill in your info, mark the box that says you have promo codes
Use the following coupon codes at checkout:
FA814857 for free messenger bag ($50 value - so they claim)
FA813789 for $10 off any bra
25PTY for $25 off any two full priced bras and free cotton panty
I paid $20.16 for 2 bras, 2 panties, and a messenger bag shipped straight to my door. Plus I will get the 2% back from Ebates.
This is a super deal that I think I will do another time or two!
UPDATE
The messenger bag is no longer availabe as of this morning (11/01), so there is no need to add the clearance item or filler to your order to get it to $50.
Oh, and Ebates increased the % back to 4%, it was 2% last night.
I did place a second order this morning (using another user id) and got:
2 bras and the cotton bikini panties for $10 plus shipping and tax for a total of $16.99
There are some other awesome codes out there right now as well that you might want to add to your order. I think you are limited to three codes per order, because I haven't figured out how to add more, but I might be wrong.
Additional Codes that I know of:
GIFT808 - $15 off $100, $30 off $150, $75 off $250, $150 off $500
SHP100 - Free shipping on Orders over $100
SWEATER15 - Buy 2 sweaters save $15
RUSH08 - Free Beauty Rush Lip Gloss Set with Sweater Purchase
PINK08 - Free Limited Edition Mini Dog with Pink Purchase
Thanks to Crystal at The Thrifty Mama for posting about this awesome deal!

How To Find Cheap / Free Make-Up
CVS is by far my favorite place to buy make up.
They often run B1G1 sales, for items that I have B1G1 coupons for, making both free!
Additionally, they often have items marked down on clearance for up to 90% off, add a coupon to that price and you could actually make money on the deal.
I only pay for makeup when I am completely out. And I can honestly say that since I have gotten serious about couponing, and becoming more frugal, I haven't had to purchase any.

Making Money With CashCrate
The answer is yes. There are several sites that I use to earn money each month. While I’m not earning huge amounts of money every little bit helps.
Cash Crate is one of my favorite sites. Like clock work, I receive my check around the 20th of each month. My checks have ranged from $20 - $200 depending on my efforts.
Cash Crate is an online site where you complete offers and get paid to do them. I generally only do the free offers. I tell others about this site and I make money off of what they earn too. For example, I haven’t completed an offer yet this month, I have been really busy with College and preparing a Coupon Class, not to mention my husband has been out of town. But I have already earned $7.76 comission on the offers people completed that I told about this program.
I really have to get focused. They are running a promotion right now that if you complete $100 in offers within a 90 period you will earn $250 of free gas. It is my understand that the 90 period started on August 14th so you have until early November to get you offers completed. They way this works is you send in $100 worth of gas receipts for a month, and they send you a $25 gift card each month for 10 months.
If you get in a habit of logging in every day you can easily earn $48 a month just from doing the 2 daily surveys. That doesn’t even begin to take into account the offers you can complete.
As with any online site like this, I suggest opening a separate email account and using RoboForm on Easyforms from google to fill in forms.
If you get started today you can make some money to go towards Christmas.
Making Money At CVS!! $75
Well, let me tell you how to get your $75!
This week at CVS the Accucheck monitors are on sale for $19.99 and you get 10 ECB. Well, with any luck at all, your store will be completely out. If so it is definitely your lucky day.
Ask for 5 rain checks. It has been my experience that they will write the rain check for $9.99 ($19.99 less $10 ECB).
Then hang on to them. Thanks to Yeca’s post, there are New diabetes booklet's arriving, the diabetes book has this monitor giving 25 ECB (limit 5) from 10/25 -11/22.So Pay $10 get back $25 for a profit of $15 a monitor, limit 5. That’s $75!!!

*Please note that at all of these store you can combine a manufacture q with a store q to maximize savings.
For example, last week Albertson’s has a coupon for a 24 pk of soda for $3.99 with additional purchase. I was able to purchase the 24 pk of Diet Coke and use the $3.99 Albertson’s coupon along with my $1 off 24 pk of Diet Coke peelie coupon.
So I paid $2.99 for a 24 pk of Diet Coke.
Meal Planning
I have started meal planning. This has been huge for my family’s budget!
Being the princess that I am, anytime I didn’t want to cook, my hubby would take us out to dinner or run and pick up take out. Well, with hubby out of town, taking our five kids to a restaurant on my own just does seem appealing to me. So, I started meal planning.
Just by cutting out the eating out we are already saving tons, but it gets better.
I plan my menus around my stockpile and the weekly sales to maximize savings.
I also use the C.O.S.T. cooking method. I Cook Once to Serve Twice. Well, I actually cook once and serve lots of time. Yesterday, I cooked 20 lbs of chicken thighs that I had bought on sale with coupons and gotten for free. I de-boned and packaged in 1lb packages for the freezer. I used 1lb plus the chicken stock from boiling the chicken to make chicken and dumplings last night. For the dumplings I used free Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits. It was an awesome free meal, and we have leftovers tonight. So two free meals, and I have 10 more packages of cooked chicken in the freezer.

Sesame Street GiveAway
Organizing Your Shopping Trips
I start by making list. I have two kinds of list, my needs list and my store specific lists.
Store Specific: I make a shopping list for each store that I plan on visiting. Each list contains only the items that are on sale for a great price or stockpiling items. That way I know exactly what I need when I go in so I can get in and out very quickly. If I have a lot of qs for an item that is on sale, I will break my trip up into several transactions to ensure that all of my coupons double or triple and I reach the maximum amount of savings.
Needs List: This is a list that I make through out the week with things that we need and that I am going to have to buy somewhere. I take the list with me to all of the specific stores and try to note their prices on these items, I then take my list to Wal-Mart. I generally buy most of the items on my list at Wal-Mart unless it is on sale else where.
I arrange my shopping trip so that I shop at the store with the most cold items last. I keep meaning to bring a cooler with me and the better I get at this the greater the need for the cooler. I will also make my husband or niece do separate transactions if they are shopping with me to allow me to speed my shopping along.

I just got this emailed to me: Congratulations... You are a Ford Warriors in Pink House Party host!!
